This website. No framework, no build step, no dependencies — hand-written HTML/CSS/JS. The background is a raw GLSL fragment shader rendering a hexagonal tunnel in real time, reacting to pointer and scroll. CRT compositing and viewfinder HUD over the top. Bilingual EN/SR, deployed on Cloudflare Pages, with Cloudflare Email Routing + Brevo SMTP relay behind the mail.

Fully offline AI stack on the local workstation: Ollama with Vulkan on an RX 9070 XT, several named models with extended context, fronted by Odysseus — a self-hosted AI workspace with agent mode, deep research and persistent memory. Zero cloud dependency.

4-printer farm: Demodog (A1 Mini), Demogorgon (A1), TheMindFlayer (P1S), Vecna (P1S). Integrated with Home Assistant for monitoring. All named after Stranger Things characters because why not.

Self-hosted family portal, now in its fifth iteration. Five pages of dependency-free HTML — a live command deck for the cluster, device and network view, a media library with request-and-approve flow for films, series and music, a print-farm page with live chamber cameras, and a surveillance page waiting on hardware. Every number on it is pulled live from the lab's own metrics, automation and database layers. No build step, no cloud.

Replaced EdgeRouter X with OPNsense on dedicated hardware. Configured Kea DHCP with static reservations, Unbound DNS with local overrides, Suricata IDS with ET Open rulesets, and Tailscale for remote access behind double CGNAT.

Built a fully HA 8-node k3s cluster from scratch — 3 NUC masters with embedded etcd, 5 mini PC workers split into light and heavy tiers. Longhorn distributed storage, Traefik ingress, Prometheus monitoring, and 20+ self-hosted services running in production.
